Westchester’s only private country club community, The Summit Club, announces its plans for a luxury condominium residence.

Plans for the Summit Club Residences, Westchester’s only private country club community, have been released in preparation for construction and pre-sales later this year. The 72 luxury condominium residences will be part of the development that includes the Rees Jones-redesigned golf course currently in operation.

“The Summit Club is being designed as a modern, 21st-century country club community offering a highly amenitized luxury lifestyle with golf, tennis, fitness, and wellness within a resort-like environment,” says Jeffrey B. Mendell, Managing Partner.

The collection of 72 condominiums occupy six separate buildings of 12 units each on three floors, with two residences per elevator landing. The modern architectural design has four single-level floorplan options offering spacious two or three bedroom plus den/home office units ranging from 2,535-3,237 square feet.

Each residence has walls of glass from the floor to the 10-foot ceilings and wide plank hardwood flooring that create a balanced environment of openness, warmth, and sophistication.  A spacious covered terrace includes an outdoor fireplace and entertainment area. There is elevator access to the underground garage, where each residence has two parking spaces plus a golf cart space, with optional storage room or a wine cellar.

Situated on one of the area’s highest elevations, The Summit Club Residences feature unobstructed south and west sunset views. The condo units have views of the golf course but aren’t sited next to any fairways or greens to ensure maximum privacy.

In addition to the Rees Jones 6,700-yard par 71 championship golf course and redesigned practice facilities, resort-style amenities will include a state-of-the-art fitness and wellness center, tennis and pickleball courts, an 82-foot heated outdoor pool, spa jacuzzi, pool bar, casual poolside dining, and fire pits with Adirondack seating.  A golf or sports membership is a requisite of ownership, and a 24/7 gated guardhouse will insure privacy and security.
