Before The KPMG Women’s PGA Championship, Pros Team Up With Amateurs For A Day Of Fun (And Practice)

Share

Tuesday was Pro-Am day at the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship. While the pros sharpened their games, some lucky amateurs (including one who readers of Westchester Magazine might recognize!) got to experience tournament-like play in a relaxed scramble around the course.

Here are some of the players who braved the threatening skies.

Westchester Magazine Publisher Ralph Martinelli grinds over a treacherous downhill putt on hole No. 8.

Natalie Gulbis (second from right) strokes a perfect pitch shot on hole No. 9.

Morgan Pressel (second from left) stops for a group shot with her amateur teammates.

Jessica Korda (left) fires a long approach to hole No. 12.
