Wendy Kleinman and Jodi Shapiro, Scarsdale residents who developed and co-chaired the Gilda’s Club Westchester Mah Jongg Invitational, which raised more than $100,000 over two years, were honored.
Carol Bennett-Schnorr, a White Plains resident, was presented with The Barbara Bennett-Rones Volunteer of the Year Award, while Ernst & Young was the first-ever corporate honoree.
The White Plains-based Gilda’s Club Westchester is a cancer support community helping people to learn how to live with cancer.
