George Pataki Possibly Exploring Presidential Bid

​Former NY Governor and Peekskill native George Pataki is possibly preparing for a 2016 presidential run according to the New York Post, which attributed the information to unnamed sources.

Pataki, who has been publicly evasive regarding his potential presidential run, told Newsmax TV’s Steve Malzberg in August that President Obama is “thrashing the Constitution in ways that were only dreamed of” but still gave no clear implication concerning his prospective candidacy.

However, according to the Post, Pataki has met with businessman David Koch, a big name donor to the Republican party, in New York City and the Post’s unnamed sources suspect that he is slowly intending to step up his presidential efforts.
