Feeding the Front Line is a brand-new fundraising initiative from Westchester Magazine and we need your help to take care of the most essential personnel who take care of us.
The outpouring of love and support that Westchester has shown over the past weeks has been truly astonishing. As the COVID-19 crisis continues on, we’re finding new ways to give back and support each other through uncertainty and tumult. Westchester Magazine feels responsibility as a trusted media source to help spread that good will any way we can.
Feeding the Front Line is a brand-new fundraising initiative we’re spearheading based on similar efforts in Washington, D.C. and across the country. Organized by Westchester Magazine on behalf of the Today Media Charitable Foundation, we’re raising money to help feed first responders and healthcare providers and support the local restaurant industry at the same time. Here’s how it works:
- Donors can make 100% tax-deductible contributions through our GoFundMe page.
- All the money raised will then purchase meals from local restaurants
- We have that food delivered directly to hospital staff, first responders, and other healthcare providers fighting the fight against COVID-19 in Westchester County.
