Eat With Your Eyes: Brandi Trattoria

The first stateside location of the famed Naples pizzeria (Brandi Pizzeria in Naples invented the Margherita pizza in 1889), Brandi Trattoria, which opened in March, slings wood-fired pies from its blue-and-white-tiled pizza oven. A full-service restaurant with a stylish interior, Brandi also serves a full menu of Italian dishes including antipasti, salads, and pastas made in house.  

Stopping by soon? Look for a seat on the patio overlooking Abendroth Avenue, and keep an eye out for the opening of Brandi Pizzeria, a take-out pizza joint fronting Main Street, which should open this summer.

The namesake Brandi Crema features a decadent mix of truffle cream, mushrooms, and prosciutto.
