At Dubrovnik in New Rochelle, bartender Erjon “Johnny” Shehaj is revamping the cocktail program with interactive takes on classic drinks. “We don’t just serve cocktails,” says Shehaj. “We build the drink step by step in front of our guests and explain what we are doing and why. This way, they have not just a drink, but an all new experience.”
