Breakfast, ordered the night before and delivered right to your door at the requested time, is a wholesome start to the morning, with options like vegetable quiche, fresh-baked pastries and tea, egg sandwiches with harissa aioli on potato focaccia, and creamy yogurt with poached pears and coconut-ginger granola.

The Lodge and seasonal Deck Bar are also open for your midday snacking needs, leading into supper with warm, hearty favorites, like the pizza of the day (the pie with ramp pesto and sausage was delightful), seasonal salads, charcuterie and cheese boards, farm burgers, and more. Grab a house-made craft cocktail with dinner or head over to The Airport Rooms from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. in the lodge’s adjacent 1813 farmhouse, where Chef Corey Wentworth dedicates the evening to a roadhouse-style menu of classic American cocktails, as well as small snacks and bar bites.
