Bone marrow has long been a trendy ingredient in food, but now you can find it in a locally made face cream. Artisanal Science Labs, originally created in the Soviet Union by Margarita Boyarskaya, is now made in micro-batches by her descendants Polina Gerard of Croton-on-Hudson and Maya Kimlat of Brooklyn. After using it for nine days, my skin, which is very sensitive, feels strong and moisturized — and I’m hooked.
