You don’t always have to be the one in charge to be a leader. Case in point, Daniella DiMartino, who was selected for this year’s Wunderkinds for her role as account supervisor at Valhalla PR firm Buzz Creators, Inc. Her title belied the fact that she was crucial in tripling the size of Buzz Creators by bringing in big business, like Barnes & Noble and CareMount Medical Group, as well as smaller local firms, like Castle Hotel & Spa and The MaxLove Project. One of her many noteworthy projects was co-managing the inaugural “Muddy Puddle Mess Fest” in August 2013, which helped raise more than $70,000 for children’s cancer and was attended by more than 3,000 people. Daniella’s ability to cultivate relationships with clients at Buzz Creators helped lead to her brand-new role at Pace University as director of communications, College of Health Professions. “My experience at Buzz Creators has given me the knowledge and expertise to provide the College of Health Professions with fresh and innovative ideas, to help increase enrollment and brand recognition,” she says.
