Dani Glaser helped launch the Westchester Green Business Challenge, inspired by her belief that business can lead the way to a significant shift in practices that benefit the environment, society, and the bottom line.
That was in 2009. Today, Glaser’s company, Green Team Spirit, helps Westchester’s businesses become Westchester Green Business Certified.
“We provide businesses with the guidance and tools they need to support the transition,” Glaser explains. “The next generation of employees entering the workforce are looking for organizations that reflect their values, and those companies that embrace these values have the best chance of attracting and retaining employees.”
