The Cup, Westchester’s newest indoor golf facility, opens in Ridge Hill, offering four huge bays and exceptional simulator experiences.
You can either wait for the weather to break weeks from now, or you can play golf today. Not even close, right? At The Cup, Westchester’s newest simulator studio, you can tee it up any time, any weather…. like right now!
The new Ridge Hill facility has four huge bays, each seating six and providing exceptional simulator golf experiences using Topgolf Swing Suite. You and your friends can tackle famous courses like Pebble Beach and St. Andrews or book a bay to hone your swings using the data displayed. Long drive challenge, anyone?
You can also play dodgeball, soccer, football, baseball, hockey, and classic carnival games in much the same way you play simulator golf—by throwing or hitting a ball at a target on the screen. The Cup’s owner, Michael Zauberman, says “We are a little bit of a lot of games, but our emphasis is on golf.”
Golfers who want to improve (and who doesn’t?) will appreciate the eight-person professional staff at The Cup. Leading the team is LPGA professional Tish Certo, who played on tour before settling into a teaching career at a couple of clubs in Westchester. Tish is available for lessons and club fittings in a special bay that is equipped with Swing Catalyst software. The pro shop at The Cup also offers a full line of top-notch golf brands including Callaway.
It’s all about putting fun into the game of golf an hour at a time since The Cup is designed for golf and simultaneous parties. Liquid refreshments are available, as is grab-and-go food from numerous Ridge Hill restaurants. And, with big-screen TVs in each bay along with the simulator, you can watch whatever live sport you follow in between shots. So, if you are looking to play a few holes and don’t want to do it outside, head to this indoor golf facility right away.
