Dine elegantly in the comfort and safety of your own home with the help of Harrison native Stephanie Nass. Through her culinary brand, Chefanie, Nass offers tableware, accessories, and tips on how to create an intimate, spectacular meal at home, complete with decorative touches that elevate even the simplest of evenings.
Inspired by her interest in art and food, professionally trained chef Nass offers catering services, cooking tips and tricks, and a culinarily inspired line of merch (Think: patterned tablecloths, ceramic straws, and whimsical hand-embroidered cocktail napkins featuring prints of oysters, terms of endearment, and Yiddish phrases). Accessories for the host include bright aprons, farfalle barrettes, and caviar earrings.
On her social media channels and website (www.chefanie.com), Nass shares ideas for creating the perfect tablescape, along with refined recipes using simple, fresh ingredients. A menu might include citrus avocado salad stuffed in an edible tulip and dessert decorated with her festive Chefanie sheet — vegan, gluten-free, edible sheets to decorate cakes, cookies, and doughnuts for any occasion (an American flag version is perfect for the Fourth of July).
Nass uses her knowledge and passion to create a community, as the founder of a dinner club for young professionals: Victory Club. While she is always available for culinary questions, during the quarantine, Nass offered her expertise virtually to clients internationally, giving tips on what to cook based on what was already in their pantries.
