Staying on top of every changing social media trend is a full-time job. It can often take you outside of the things you need to be focused on as a business owner, like growing your company, increasing revenue, and new product growth. I recommend that companies have someone assist them with social media so that they work collaboratively and keep the focus on their businesses. If likes, followers, and clicks don’t lead to conversions, then ultimately time can be wasted on social media if it turns into something that is not profitable. Social media should help maintain your brand presence, restore your brand presence, or increase your brand presence.
Social audio is the latest trend in social media. From Clubhouse to Spotify Greenroom, Facebook Live Audio Rooms and Twitter spaces, everyone is vying for the digital mic. Understanding how to build a brand on social audio platforms will be a critical step for every business owner. But moderating a social audio room is only one part of it. The key is to create content that can be recorded, reused, and repurposed in other channels.
Facebook Live Audio Rooms have just rolled out. They prioritized accessibility for hard-of-hearing users with the ability to toggle on auto-generated captions, which is a major plus. Yes, there are still privacy concerns with live audio on Facebook and how advertisers will use or misuse the data from your conversation in an audio room, [but] it is nice to see a social audio player prioritizing accessibility.
I have previously reported on TikTok national security threats. If you are going to use TikTok for your business, make sure you carefully read the TOS [Terms of Service] and understand who has access to your data and how that data can be used by advertisers.… Not every business should be on every platform. Utilize the platform that your target audience is on. If they aren’t on TikTok, it may not make sense to invest time and resources there.
