Toll Brothers Inc. plans to construct the Chappaqua Crossing Carriages in one of Westchester’s most prestigious neighborhoods.

The nation’s leading builder of luxury homes and FORTUNE 500 Company, Toll Brothers Inc. (NYSE: TOL), have their eyes set on Westchester County to develop 91 homes with carriage-style designs. The announcement of the project, known as the Chappaqua Crossing Carriages, came on June 8, and the new homes will be located in the hamlet of Chappaqua in New Castle.

Located just 30 miles from Manhattan and two miles from the Chappaqua Metro-North Station, the Chappaqua Crossing Carriages offer future residents close access to the upscale retail centers Chappaqua Crossing, The Westchester, and Palisades Center as well as Mt. Kisco Country Club, Rockefeller State Park, and one of the top rated school districts in Westchester County.

In addition to a convenient location, home buyers will be able to choose between five different unique designs ranging from 2,503 to 2,906 square feet. Community amenities include a fitness center, club room, and an outdoor pool with each home featuring open floor plans, gourmet kitchens, home offices, rooftop terraces, and two-car garages.

“With new floor plans designed for today’s buyers and unrivaled personalization options Toll Brothers is known for, Chappaqua Crossing Carriages will offer residents the best luxury living in one of New Castle’s most desirable communities,” notes James Fitzpatrick, Group President of Toll Brothers in New York.

Starting at around $1.2 million, the five home designs feature different combinations of brick or stone in models known as the Briarcliff, Greeley, Millwood, Millwood Elite, and Byram. Each home blends a modern design with high ceilings and plenty of exposure to the outdoors. “We are excited to bring our stunning collection of new home designs to this very special community,” adds Fitzpatrick.

The development of land and construction of homes are both currently underway with the goal of having two model homes ready for display this winter. Sales are projected this start this fall but intrigued buyers can already choose amenities at the Toll Brothers Design Studio in Danbury, Connecticut with the help of professional design consultants.

The Chappaqua Crossing Carriages site plan includes groups of two and three homes grouped closely together facing the Chappaqua Crossing retail center. There are two horseshoe-shaped courtyards, pool access, and six different streets that accompany home access.
