The mere fact that it’s Manhattan chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s only Westchester restaurant is enough to impress, but everything from the warm taupe tones and soaring beamed ceiling to the superlative service add to the memorable experience. The brunch menu is almost absurdly decadent: Peekytoe crab crostini, yellowfin tuna burger with miso mayonnaise, spiced French toast with caramelized mango, black truffle pizza, and beef tenderloin with carrot-hibiscus mustard. The bad news: Your client may find tomorrow morning’s donuts in the conference room a bit of a letdown.
