There are some perks to working for a magazine, and getting back-room brewing tours while sipping on some Liquid Gold is one of them. Elmsford’s Captain Lawrence Brewing Company, a fast-growing brewery for whom the demand is growing even faster, is always open for tours, but here are some photos from their extremely interesting back-room—a room that makes some of our favorite beers.
