Today, Martha & Marley Spoon, a meal-kit home-delivery service with which Stewart is a partner, announced the launch of Martha’s Holiday Cookie Box, a brand-new kit that provides customers with pre-portioned dry ingredients and easy-to-follow four-step recipe cards to create four different cookie recipes.
Each kit, which yields 11 dozen cookies, comes with ingredients, detailed instructions, parchment cookie bags, and red-and-white bakers’ twine.
Included in each kit are recipes and ingredients for:
• Big Martha’s Noel Nut Balls (bakes 60 1-inch balls): This recipe, which comes from Martha’s â€¨mother and has been a Kostyra family favorite for decades, balances the sweetness of honey with finely chopped pecans. The finished, bite-sized balls are rolled in confectioners’ sugar.
• Brown Butter Cardamom Cookies (bakes 40): Golden brown butter and vanilla extract are combined with cardamom to produce this mouthwatering cookie dusted with colored sanding sugar.
• Chewy Chocolate-Gingerbread Cookies (bakes 24): Callebaut bittersweet chocolate mixed with molasses and fresh and candied ginger make this recipe a holiday favorite.
• Double-Chocolate Peppermint Brownies (bakes 16): Bittersweet chocolate and cocoa powder are combined to make these fudgy brownies, which also include crushed candy canes for an extra-festive touch.
