Here's Everywhere You Can Do CrossFit in Westchester County

Where to get an officially licensed workout.

Certain brands gain such ubiquity that their name can become a catch-all for the generic product: Band-Aid, Kleenex, and recently CrossFit.

Though often imitated, CrossFit bills itself more as a lifestyle than a workout: exercises include elements of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), yes, but also weightlifting, calisthenics, gymnastics, and more while customizing to each practitioner’s abilities and goals. Add to that a focus on low-carb/zero-sugar nutrition, and the whole-body approach becomes apparent.

If you’re looking to get into the lifestyle, here are all the official CrossFit gyms available to you here in Westchester County.

Northern Westchester

CrossFit Somers X

54 Miller Rd, Baldwin Pl
845.628.4939

Westchester’s northernmost affiliate is a bit light on its website but you can still check the Workout of the Day (WOD), class schedule, and leaderboards, so what more do you really need? The gym itself has everything you need when it comes to fitness, with five to six daily classes on weekends, plus daily kids’ classes, yoga classes, and open houses.

Downstate CrossFit
