The new micro-spa in Tarrytown specializes in treating sensitive skin, with ultrasonic exfoliation, LED light therapy, and more available.
In the Rivertowns, you can receive a top-notch treatment at private studio Botanic Face & Body (1 Neperan Rd, Tarrytown). Owner and aesthetician Theresa Naman opened the spa after garnering a local following. She specializes in treating sensitive skin (the products she uses are plant-based). Services include in-demand offerings like ultrasonic exfoliation, diamond hydro-dermabrasion, microcurrent, oxygen infusion, nano infusion, and LED light therapy.
The treatments (starting at an indulgent 75 minutes) include The Classic Couture, a customized facial that cleanses, exfoliates, and includes light extractions and a mask (luxurious hand/arm massage included!), and The Malibu Couture (inspired by celebrity facials), which features a deep cleanse and customized enzyme exfoliation peel, in addition to light extractions and nano infusion and microcurrent techniques. Dermaplaning and brow shaping and tinting are also on the menu.
In addition to in-studio treatments, Naman, an oncology-certified aesthetician, offers skincare coaching (virtually and in-person) that focuses on individual goals and needs, and advises on natural products, diet, and skincare techniques.
