Robert and Denise Horton, owners of 120-seat An American Bistro, recently held a Welcome Back Party for family, friends, and press to show off the new décor and new menu items. Robert is the restaurant’s chef and Denise manages the front-of-the-house. The Valhalla couple has owned the New American restaurant for 22 years, 12 at their current Columbus Ave address.
