On Thursday, November 2, (914) PopUps, an event and retail concept created by stylist/personal shopper/event planner Melissa Tomlin and world traveler and former lawyer Sarah Roth, will be popping up in Scarsdale to host an evening of shopping across the street from a Beauty Event at popular beauty destination BLVD.
The event, which kicks off at 4pm, will take place at 13-15 Bonifice Circle (formerly Space NK) in Scarsdale. “We’re excited to once again be collaborating with BLVD and offering free hair blowouts, nail art, brow-shaping, makeup application, hair curling, and braiding,” says Roth. “We also can’t wait to feature new vendors showcasing the latest fall fashion and accessory trends,” says Tomlin.
The event will include a number of vendors offering clothing, bags, winter accessories, athleisure, and more. Participating vendors include Social Clothing, Three Gems, Loola Doola, BeYounique (custom bags and clothing), Ilyssa Londa (jewelry), and more.

Food and beverages will be sponsored by The Birch Collective, a new gastropub serving French-Canadian comfort food in White Plains.
