Jeremy McLellen, general manager of The Mill in Hastings-on-Hudson

McLellen heeds the advise of his father when it come to a hangover. “2 Alka-Selters dropped in a ice cold can of Coors Light. It has to be Coors Light, it has to be a can, and it has to be ice cold,” he says. “The mountains have to be blue.”

Gina McCue of Horsefeathers in Tarrytown

McCue suggests a more traditional hangover cure that many find after that first party freshman year of college. She says that when her customers come in looking for a hangover cure, they are not looking for a drink. “They come in for a greasy burger,” she says. “That always does them right.”
