2 Christmas Cocktail Recipes To Try At Home

If you’re entertaining guests, or just can’t get out of the house, these festive recipes are sure to please.



½ oz lemon juice
1 ¼ oz red wine
1 ½ oz cranberry juice
½  oz agave syrup
1 oz Bohemia beer (or substitute)
1 cinnamon stick (optional)
grated cinnamon to taste (optional)

Shake all ingredients minus the Bohemia beer with ice and strain into glass with no ice. Top with Bohemia and grated cinnamon. Serve in a coupe glass.

Chocolate Congelado


1 ½ oz Herradura Añejo (or substitute tequila)
1 oz Mexican bitter chocolate paste
2 dashes Xocolatl bitters (or substitute bitters)
1 ½ oz heavy cream
1 cinnamon stick (optional)
Nutmeg to taste (optional)

Place all ingredients excluding the heavy cream in to a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake hard and strain over ice into a chilled coupe glass. In a separate shaker, place heavy cream and ice cubes, shake hard to aerate then pour carefully over a bar spoon to layer the cream over the chocolate. Garnish with a dust of nutmeg and a cinnamon stick.
