Waterstone Westchester is EPOCH Senior Living’s upscale, amenity-laden senior facility coming soon to the heart of White Plains.
EPOCH Senior Living, a company dedicated to developing and providing premier senior living communities, has debuted plans to build a new location, dubbed Waterstone of Westchester, in White Plains.
The homes will be suitable for those who would require memory care or senior living but would still like to live independently, utilizing an on-site partnership with Visiting Nurse Services of Westchester. This 132-unit community will be the first developed by EPOCH in New York State and will join its list of 15-and-counting facilities in the Northeast by 2022.
Waterstone of Westchester will be located across the street from Bloomingdales and a short walk to Whole Foods, The Cheesecake Factory, and more, conveniently situated in close proximity to both I-287 and the White Plains Metro-North Station.
Joanna Cormac Burt, COO of EPOCH Senior Living, promises this community will offer “a luxurious setting with supportive services and a multitude of social opportunities,” and the described amenities don’t show anything less. Residents can have all-inclusive apartments with either one or two bedrooms featuring high-end finishes and upgrades.
The community will be equipped with its own leisure facilities including a “movie theatre, fitness center, indoor pool, lobby bar, and art studio.” There will also be multiple dining venues in which professional chefs prepare meals using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. For those wanting to venture beyond White Plains, chauffeured car services will be available on-site, as well as garage parking accommodated by concierges.
