Warehouse on Washington’s Westchester condos are the perfect mix of cozy, industrial, and cutting-edge — and you can have one for yourself.

This September, real estate developers Hudson Hill Partners unveiled the first of three condo units to be built inside Tarrytown’s historic Washington Warehouse. The bold design inside combines luxurious living space with a modern industrial vibe while reflecting the building’s 1907 warehouse roots (including its restored but largely untouched historic façade).

Location: 17 N. Washington St, Tarrytown

Asking Price: $1,275,000; Est. Annual Taxes: $15,150

The façade of the Washington Warehouse building has been inducted into the National Register of Historic Places. Your house will have a plaque and everything.

The Details: A couple hundred yards from Main St and a short walk to the Metro-North, the Washington Warehouse building is an iconic Tarrytown landmark — we’ve highlighted it on our own Instagram page in the past.

“We fell in love with the building the first time we saw it,” says Hudson Hill Partners Managing Director Dan Bsharat, who purchased the Rivertown property in 2019 with his brother Tariq. Originally, the land had been owned by the Vanderbilt family, who in 1894 sold it to Chief Olin Lyon of the Tarrytown Fire Department, where it stored various firefighting equipment and served as the largest moving and storage company in Westchester County.

Each of the warehouse’s three floors has been converted into modern, industrial chic condos, with the second-floor unit already on the market and the other two expected to list later this fall. Each three-bed, two-bath unit sports oversized Marvin windows, wide-plank European Oak floors, private terraces, and open-concept kitchens with an eight-foot island and Bosch appliances.

Bedrooms feature pocket doors opening onto the living area, while radiant floors in the bathrooms and ductless heating/cooling bring some of our favorite spa features.

Selling Points: On-site parking, heated bathroom floors, high ceilings, private elevator entry to each unit.

Listing Agent: Francie Malina, Compass
