The Rising Design Star Award will be given to one up-and-coming designer who is working on their bachelor’s or graduate degree in interior design.
We are asking any student to enter their original residential design renderings to be considered. The student must be available to attend the awards presentation on June 26 in Rye.
The winner will receive an award from Westchester Home and be recognized by the design community at our live event.
Requirements:
Please submit a rendering of a residential space designed by you.
The submission should include a description of the space and the design direction you chose, plus who it was designed for (this part can be fictional). What problems does the design solve and how would you describe the overall style? Include square footage of the space and any renderings of the fully designed space for consideration.
You must be from Westchester or Hudson Valley to qualify for the award.
The deadline for submissions is May 15, 2024 at 11 p.m.
