Beyond the Veil
If you’ve not yet visited Philip Johnson’s iconic Glass House in New Canaan, Connecticut, here’s a little enticement: Japanese artist Fujiko Nakaya’s new fog installation encircles the glass structure in mist, creating an interesting twist of transparency and opaqueness. Nakaya has created more than 50 such fog shows, from the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao, Spain to the fountains at the Grand Palais in Paris.
Reservations required, the tour season runs through November 30; www.theglasshouse.org.
