Live Regally in Rye With St. Regis' Next-Level Luxury Condos

Drawing on a legacy that dates back to 1904, when John Jacob Astor opened the St. Regis New York hotel, the St. Regis brand wields some serious luxury cachet — and it’s bringing that pedigree to Westchester in the form of The St. Regis Residences, Rye. The project, located at 120 Old Post Road in Rye, is the latest example of the trend in luxury-hotel-branded residences that seek to appeal to the ultra-rich.

Developed by Harrison-based Alfred Weissman Real Estate and operated by Marriott International, The St. Regis Residences, Rye, will offer one- to four-bedroom condos (starting at just under $1.1 million) in five contemporary shingle-style buildings, as well as a 25,000 sq. ft. amenities clubhouse. The property also includes a one-acre central courtyard, walking paths, a grand entrance with porte cochere, and a heated underground parking garage with direct elevator access to the residences. There will also be two hotel-style suites on property, available only to guests of residents.

Not surprisingly, the homes boast top-of-the-line features, like Italian kitchen and bath cabinets; Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Bosch appliances; individual butler closets; and master bedrooms with heated floors, among other luxe touches. The elegant styling is marked by soothing tones, a pleasing mix of textures, light-infused spaces, and a subtle dash of nautical flair to pay homage to the Sound Shore location.

But it is the amenity-filled lifestyle that truly sets The St. Regis Residences, Rye, apart. The clubhouse includes a library; his (the Cognac Room) and hers (the Drawing Room) entertaining areas; a 50-foot indoor pool; a fitness center with spa treatment rooms and men’s and women’s locker rooms; a screening room; golf simulator; and event area complete with a private dining room. In addition, the 24/7 attended lobby, bespoke concierge service, and signature St. Regis butler service ensure that residents’ needs never go unmet.

The promise of the rarified St. Regis experience seems to be a hit with buyers: at press time, nearly 15% of the residences had been sold, with move-in starting late summer 2020. Construction of the entire property is expected to wrap up in late 2020.
