High-End, Low-Maintenance Townhouses Are Headed for Somers

Katonah-based real estate, contracting, and architectural firm Boniello Development recently announced a new project to bring high-end, low-maintenance townhouses to the Northern Westchester town of Somers.

Located just across from the history Elephant Hotel, Somers Crossing will feature two- and three-bedroom floor plans filled with plenty of modern amenities in a private development with its own recreation center.

Homes will each include a two-car garage, “designer” chef’s kitchens, energy efficient lights and appliances, full basements, and even geothermal HVAC systems.

Custom models range from The Plumbrook — 2,030 square foot with two bedrooms and 2.1 baths, spacious loft, and a master suite for around $689,000 — to the elegant Bailey with its 2,970 square foot open floor plan and freestanding fireplace at around $849,000. All told, the entire project should clock in at around a $58.4 million, according the plan filed with the New York State Real Estate Finance Bureau.

Units are estimated to be move-in ready by fall of 2018. To stay up to date on the project, interested parties should check out the Boniello Development’s project website.
