The luxury rental tower features 309 apartments equipped with smart technology and upscale amenities in Westchester County.
The second stage of the Continuum project, a 17-story building situated at 57 Bank Street in White Plains, was ready for an April opening at press time.
With 309 apartments, ranging from 520 to 1,297 square feet, the building by East Coast real estate developer LCOR is part of a luxury rental project directly across from the White Plains Metro-North station that includes neighboring 55 Bank Street, which opened in 2018.
“The building is packed with amenities, and it’s smart-app ready for the renter who wants to be able to control their home from their phone,” says LCOR’s vice president of marketing, Lo Romero. “We have floor plans that are spacious, like our penthouses with New York City skyline views, as well as apartment homes for those with a different budget that benefit from efficiencies in both single-bedroom and multiple-bedroom apartments.”
Unit prices start at $2,055 for a studio; one bedrooms start at $2,507; and three bedrooms start at $3,935.
“All residents share access to amenities at both the Continuum 55 community and the new Continuum 57. That’s doubling your access to rooftop terraces with sundecks and clubrooms, as well as fitness facilities and workspaces,” Romero notes.
While the building was designed years prior, some features have been added to appeal to post-pandemic residents.
“We rearranged some of our amenity spaces in order to accommodate the flexibility of coworking and working from home, as well as gathering spaces, to accommodate social distancing,” says Romero.
