Way back when, this space was a cow barn and then a warehouse for the former Mis en Scene home shop. Its newest incarnation, from that shop’s owners, is Voce Di Greenwich—”voce di” means “voice of” in Italian—the sister store to Voce Di Soho (on Grand Street in the Manhattan neighborhood), sporting the same signature glass garage door.
You’ll find an intriguing mix of furniture, lighting, fabrics, kitchen goods, etc., from antique and vintage to ultra-modern, by a carefully curated selection of international designers, emerging artists, and established luxury brands. Some pieces are available for sale off the floor, while others can be ordered. Standouts include a coffee table of reclaimed white-oak parquet flooring with a stainless steel base by Didier Cabuy ($4,500) and a transitional white linen Verellen sectional couch (prices vary).
