Westchester based real estate firm National Realty & Development Corp. (NRDC) has teamed up with Bilotta Kitchens to offer a unique custom interior build experience to WatermarkPointe’s beachfront residents in New Rochelle.
WatermarkPointe’s luxury beachfront condominiums, located on Davenport Avenue, features 72 condominiums ranging in size from 2,400 to 2,700 square feet with two distinct three-bedroom layouts. Within the 14-acre gated community, residents have access to a clubhouse, outdoor heated pool, and fitness center. 75 percent of the condos have already been sold, while build-outs will continue into June 2020.
The collaboration between WatermarkPointe and Bilotta Kitchens gives residents access to custom interior build-outs, allowing them to pick their kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, door style, finish, wood, countertops, and hardware among other details to make the space feel like home. The cost for a custom kitchen varies between $25,000 and $100,000.
According to Bilotta and NRDC the most popular designs amongst residents have been modern or transitional styles with a main color palette featuring white and/or gray.
