Going, going, gone… The ArtFull Living Designer Show House at Glassbury Court (3370 U.S. Rte. 9, Cold Spring), a home of art collaboratively created by area artists and interior designers and brainchild of Cold Spring glass artist Barbara Galazzo, will close on Sunday, October 14, but not without a few more interesting and enlightening events: a chance to meet and greet interior designer Nicole Ashey and learn more about good design at 6 pm on Thursday, October 11, at 6 pm (tickets at $25); a silent auction of all items in the designer show house on October 12, 13, and 14, with proceeds going to the Born This Way Foundation and the Garrison Art Center; and a closing wine reception, including final silent auction bidding, from 6 pm to 7:30 pm on Sunday, October 14.
