The U.K. company Ten Fold Technology has developed an amazing home, and it’s called the flat-pack. The name comes from the fact that the homes can be stacked, folded, and unfolded all under 10 minutes. All that is required is a hand crane. It can easily be transported, unpacked wherever you want, and “built” in just moments — all for $130,000!
This design was originally built as a home, but the inventor David Martyn said it could easily be used as pop-up classrooms, shops, hospitals, and shelters.
