The Scarsdale outlet (the fifth for this LA/NYC chain) promises sunny flavors from the “Riviera and coastal cuisine from the south of France, Italy, and Spain.” Fittingly, its menu focuses on the diversity of olive oil, which you’ll find gracing everything from glistening crostini to olive oil gelati. Pictured is Fig & Olive’s zucchini carpaccio, where thin slices of summer squash are layered with pine nuts, parmesan cheese, and fresh lemon juice. Over all is splashed sunny, green oil from French Picholine olives.
