Yo! It’s Restaurant Week in the YO

For the sixth year, the Yonkers Downtown BID is hosting an International Restaurant Week. From April 3-9, 12 of the city’s restaurants are offering 25 percent off dinner and 20 percent off lunch. To get this yummy deal, diners must enter their email address at yorestaurantweek.com; they’ll receive the required discount voucher. Also, reservations are required on the phone, and you need to remember to mention Yonkers International Restaurant Week.

“We are thrilled to once again to host Yonkers International Restaurant Week and to showcase our downtown as a true culinary destination,” says Jaime Martinez, Yonkers Downtown BID Executive Director. “Residents and visitors can choose from a diverse range of delicious cuisines at affordable prices.”

The delicious cuisines vary from Cuban to Mexican to Indian and more. The participating restaurants are Dolphin Restaurant, La Bella Havana, Giovanni’s IV, Guapo Cocina, Khangri Japanese, Le Moulin, Nawab Restaurant, Tacos El Poblano, The Pizza Place, X2O Xaviars on the Hudson, Yonkers Brewing Co., and Zuppa Restaurant & Lounge.

“We will be serving a menu where 60 percent of the dishes are new,” says Jimmy Rougova, GM at Dolphin Restaurant. “We are excited to have people come and see what downtown Yonkers has to offer.”
