With all its custom brews on tap, you won’t want to leave the Tasting Room at Captain Lawrence Brewing Company.

Amy Negri, bartender at Vintage 1891 Kitchen in Larchmont: “I like to go see my friend Sue Vitello at Moderne Barne. I just really like the bartenders—they’re really sweet.”

Heather Rodmeyer, bartender at Moderne Barn in Armonk: “I go to The Lazy Lounge and Brazen Fox. They’re a lot of fun—good vibes and a great atmosphere.”

Amanda Iasillo, bartender at The Lazy Lounge in White Plains: “I would definitely say either The Craftsman Ale House because of the beer selection, or Ron Blacks since it’s right down the block when I get off of work.”

Mac Riodan, bartender at The Craftsman Ale House in Harrison: “Birdsall House and Peekskill Brewery. On top of the large beer selection at Birdsall, the food is top-notch. Peekskill also has some of the best beer in Westchester, and it puts out world-class beer from a friendly brewery.”

Taylor Brown, bartender at Peekskill Brewery in Peekskill: “I like Gleason’s a lot, it’s a really nice little cocktail bar. They have a great selection of spirits, very skilled and knowledgeable bartenders, use a lot of fresh ingredients, not to mention a quaint little pub atmosphere.”

Garry Leavy, bartender at Gleason’s in Peekskill: “I’d have to say Bridge View Tavern. It’s in a great location and has a lot of good beers on tap. And it’s always busy when I go in there, which is obviously a sign they’re doing something right!”

Mike Marrone, bartender at Bridge View Tavern in Sleepy Hollow: “I like Lucy’s Lounge. They take care of the customers really well. The bartenders know your name, and it has a great selection for craft beer—the IPAs are always changing.”

Mark, bartender at Lucy’s Lounge in Pleasantville: “Captain Lawrence Brewing Company. It’s a very laid-back, relaxed atmosphere. You get to sample their selection of great beers—I like the Kölsch.”
