Wine & Food Week Recipes: Roasted Peppers of Mamaroneck's Zesty Guacamole

Guacamole with jalapeños, onions, tomatoes, straight from the popular Westchester restaurant.

Roasted Peppers’ Guacamole


2 ripe avocados, diced
1 tomato, seeds removed, diced very small
A small bit of onion, very finely chopped
Chopped fresh cilantro, 1 Tbs per avocado
Jalapeño, finely chopped, to taste
Salt & lime juice to taste
