Westchester Magazine kicked off its sixth annual Wine & Food Festival (tickets still available for select events) with last night’s aptly named Fashion, Food & Wine affair at Bloomingdale’s in White Plains, featuring pairings presented by Chef Rafael Palomino of Sonora and world-renowned wine expert Kevin Zraly.
More than 500 Bloomingdale’s shoppers crowded the store to sample food from local restaurants, sip wine (like Kathie Lee Gifford’s Gifft), and watch Palomino and Zraly do their thing. Kevin Zraly was on hand to sign his book, Windows on the World: Complete Wine Course. Local restaurants serving their signature dishes included Armonk House, The Dessertist, KEE Oyster House, Samosa Shack, Sonora, and The Wooden Spoon.
