Look no further for sugar and spice come this Festival of Lights to sweeten the finale of 2022. This year, we’re rounding up the Hanukkah desserts you can order at some of the county’s better bakeries. From house-made sufganiyot (jelly doughnuts the Jewish way) to your favorite rugelach, cookies, and decorative cakes, there’s a festive baked good for everyone’s sweet tooth.

Patissier Maarten Steenman opened La Tulipe in 1999 after graduating from the Dutch Culinary School for Patisserie and traveling through Europe perfecting his craft. The bakery has been an elegant staple of Westchester for nearly 23 years and, this holiday season, Steeman is serving French apple tart with thinly sliced apple and almond pastry cream, traditional coconut macaroons, and a few more cake options. Call to order at least a week in advance.
