Oh, and by the way, you can find them at Westchester Magazine’s upcoming Wine & Food Festival at Rye Playland and the Kensico Dam.

Westchester County loves us some food trucks. That’s why, when it came to putting together a lineup of top-tier chuck wagons for this year’s Westchester Magazine Wine & Food Festival, we wasted no time in tracking down some of the most popular mobile bistros. Here are seven Westchester County food trucks you need to know.

Anthi’s Greek Specialties: A fixture at local farmers’ markets, Anthi’s serves up Greek delicacies that are always fresh, warm, and delicious. With vegetarian and vegan options as well as by-the-book Greek classics like spanakopita and the finger-licking-good grilled chicken souvlaki pita wrap, there is something for everyone who enjoys down-home Greek cooking.

Crazy Taco Mex brings customers a taste of traditional Mexican cuisine on the go. Quesadillas, tacos, fajitas, and burritos are among the options. Feeling saucy? Add a specialty margarita to your order; Mexican sodas are also available for those seeking non-alcoholic beverages. Desserts include coconut flan, tres leches cake, churros, and helado frito.

Kinwich prides itself on its “proper sandwiches,” which are rivaled only by its mouthwatering burgers and wraps. Keep an eye out for combinations like the Shroom Boy (fried oyster mushrooms, lettuce and tomato, and vegan mayo on focaccia) and the Banh Mi Wrap, fashioned from tempeh, cucumber, pickled carrot and radish, cilantro, and sriracha mayo.

Melt Mobile offers exciting variations on a classic American sandwich — the grilled cheese. Adding some meat between the cheese? Rest assured, meats and produce selections at the food truck are high quality, fresh, and organic. For those with a sweet tooth, consider the cheesecake melt (NY cheesecake with pound cake as bookends) or the indomitable fluffernutter: caramelized bananas, marshmallow fluff, Belgian chocolate, and peanut butter on crunchy Tuscan bread with powdered sugar. Say when.

Mobile Pie Truck allows customers to explore numerous variations on classic wood-fired pizza. Select preferred crust (original, skinny, or gluten-free), then expand your horizons with a unique specialty pie or create your own. Non-pizza options at this food truck include burgers, dogs, chicken breast, ribs, pork chops, and more.

Ramblin Coffee is the brainchild of Bryan Lantier, who cashed out his retirement plan to dive headfirst into the coffee and food truck business. Trusting in the “take the coffee shop to the customer” mentality, Ramblin offers a new take on the espresso experience, providing café-grade texture and flavor on wheels. It’s a must for locally roasted and sustainably farmed goodness in every cup.
