Toastique, a health-focused, fast-casual restaurant, has officially opened in New Rochelle. The New Rochelle Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the eatery’s opening on January 23. Mayor Yadira Ramos-Herbert was in attendance to share welcoming words alongside several City of New Rochelle representatives, the New Rochelle Chamber of Commerce, and community leaders.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Toastique to New Rochelle. This exciting new addition is not only bringing fresh, delicious offerings to our city but also becoming a part of the vibrant, diverse business community that continues to grow and thrive,” says Ramos-Herbert.

The restaurant, located at 604 North Avenue, first opened its doors in December 2024 and has since flourished within the community. Specifically aimed at health-conscious foodies, the menu offers gourmet toast, fresh cold-pressed juices, coffees, smoothies, and bowls. The bread at Toastique acts as a canvas for delicious, imaginative creations that allow visitors to ditch run-of-the-mill toast options.
Plus, each item is crafted with responsibly sourced ingredients. Think smoked salmon, spicy crab, three-cheese Italian blends, and plenty of others to suit your fancy and satisfy your cravings. Additionally, cold pressed juices, refreshing bowls, and iced collagen lattes will set you up for success in Westchester.
This is the first quick-serve restaurant of its kind within the county, and it seems like a natural fit within bustling New Rochelle. Whether you’re stopping in for a light breakfast, hearty brunch with friends, or heathy snack, Toastique offers a diverse menu in a modern, inviting ambiance.
“We are excited to bring Toastique to New Rochelle and share our passion for healthy, delicious food with the community,” says James Simone, co-owner of Toastique New Rochelle. Simone added that he plans to continue to expand the franchise throughout the Westchester and Fairfield communities in 2025 and 2026.

Toastique was founded by Brianna Keefe in Washington D.C. back in 2018. As a D1 athlete, her passion for food, nutrition, and fitness flourished. She learned and focused on how important it was to properly fuel your body and used that education to craft the concept for Toastique. Locally, stop by Toastique in New Rochelle to try an item or two off the expansive menu.
