French Culinary Institute-trained chef Michael Williams has put together inventive new dishes featuring garden-to-table seasonally inspired ingredients.
In addition to the fall-infused food offerings, the 81-seat restaurant added autumn cocktails like the pumpkin mojito, herbed pear cocktail, and warm Kentucky cider, plus the Vintage Sundays promotion where a select list of wines (e.g., Taitinger Brut, Joseph Droughin Chablis, Belle Glos Pinot Noir, and Cakebread Cabernet Sauvignon) are 50 percent off on Sunday evenings.
