Westchester‘s Wine & Food Festival Grand Tasting Village, which took place this past Saturday at the Kensico Dam Plaza in White Plains, is the event for foodies and oenophiles, boasting 60-plus local restaurants, 200-plus wines, a new Party Line Connoisseurs Tent, and cooking tips from celebrity chefs.
Those showing off their considerable kitchen skills in the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital Chef Demo Tent included Bernard Janssen of ZWILLING J.A. Henckels USA; Michael Psilakis of MP Taverna Irvington; Donatella Arpaia of the Food Network; Peter Kelly of X20 Xaviars on the Hudson; and Kathie Lee Gifford and Joy Bauer of Today.
