Greenwich Hospital will honor Chefs Christian Petroni of Fortina in Armonk; Rui Correia of Douro in Greenwich, Connecticut; and Adam Truelove of Napa & Co. in Stamford, Connecticut, at its annual Great Chefs fundraiser held at Westchester Country Club on March 7. The 29th annual event will showcase food from more than 50 restaurants and caterers, plus host both silent and live auctions.
