Top chefs will converge to prepare a five-course, game-filled, wine-paired dinner on Tuesday, February 24, at Cedar Street Grill (Dobbs Ferry), which will donate some proceeds to the Food Bank for Westchester. Joining Chef and Co-Owner Matt Kay for this first Dine, Wine & Be Kind event are Chefs Rui Correia (Douro Restaurant and Bar, Greenwich), Leandro Manuel (Mima Vinoteca, Irvington), John Ramirez (Fairway Market, Nanuet), and Cedar Street Sous-Chefs Jason Perez and Michael Cifone. The family-owned, stylishly rustic restaurant (with snug fireplace!) is known for its individualistic take on American classics, but you can expect many departures from their usual fare—just take a look at the menu below. The wine pairings are courtesy of Constellation Wines. This is about to happen, so reserve now.
