This year, the festivities are bigger and better than ever, with events like Party on the Pier at Playland on June 7 and Burger & Beer Blast on June 8. Of course, local foodies know that the crowning event is the Grand Tasting Village on Saturday, June 10 at Kensico Dam Plaza. Come hungry…for you certainly won’t leave that way.

St. Michael’s Ukrainian Catholic Church, North Broadway and Shonnard Place, Yonkers

This annual tradition, sponsored by the Ukrainian American Youth Association, celebrates the culture and heritage of Ukraine. Yonkers, the home of the largest Ukrainian population in Westchester, will host traditional dancers and musicians at the festival, along with an exquisite selection of Ukrainian street food and hearty dishes. Carnival rides and games will accompany the scrumptious spread, and 100% of proceeds will go towards humanitarian aid in Ukraine.
