It seems appropriate that a burger joint with Westchester in its name would make a burger based on one of the county’s iconic sandwiches. The Balboa burger is a behemoth: 10 oz of beef stacked high with Swiss, bacon, and frizzled onions. As if that’s not enough, the brioche-turned-garlic-bread bun is so good, we wonder why all burgers aren’t served that way.
