A Mediterranean steakhouse in Chappaqua, a taco and tequila bar in White Plains, and more make the month delicious.

Spoon Asian Fusion has closed, and in its space is Mentor’s Mediterranean Steak (415 King St, Chappaqua; 914.861.2385; mentorssteakhouse.com), serving Prime, 30-day-dry-aged steaks. On the menu: grilled squid skewers, spanakopita spring rolls, watermelon salad with grilled feta, grilled Colorado lamb chops, chitarra cacio e pepe prepared in a Parmesan cheese wheel, and miso-glazed Chilean sea bass.
